Funciona en una escala de 0 a 10, clasificando a los encuestados en tres grupos: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Promotores (9-10):<\/strong> Clientes entusiastas propensos a recomendar la marca.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Pasivos (7-8)<\/strong>: Clientes satisfechos pero no entusiastas, susceptibles a las ofertas de la competencia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Detractores (0-6)<\/strong>: Clientes descontentos que podr\u00edan perjudicar potencialmente a la marca a trav\u00e9s del boca a boca negativo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9136706 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9136706\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><b>C\u00f3mo se mide y analiza el NPS<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para calcular el NPS, las encuestas suelen formular una pregunta sencilla: <\/span><b>\u00abEn una escala de 0 a 10, \u00bfqu\u00e9 probabilidad hay de que recomiendes nuestro producto\/servicio a un amigo o colega?\u00bb.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Una vez recogidas, las respuestas se segmentan en los grupos mencionados y el NPS se determina restando el porcentaje de Detractores del porcentaje de Promotores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Analizar el NPS implica algo m\u00e1s que un n\u00famero; implica comprender las razones subyacentes a los sentimientos de los clientes.
