In this case study, we highlight the successful rollout of a new organizational structure and the establishment of post-sales specializations for Orquest Software SL. ORQUEST is a SaaS-based workforce planning and management software for the retail and restaurant industry. In our consultancy engagement, we address the main challenge of making their post-sales organization scalable for the future by increasing efficiency and specialization. We did so by scoping out their post-sales roles and implementing a tailored org structure.
